Try before you pay
Every account gets a 14-day free trial of Pro features with no credit card required. The trial is the right time to decide whether ERDone fits your workflow.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Pro or Team and the Service isn’t right for you, email support@erdone.net within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked.
Cancellations after the first 14 days
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate or refund charges already incurred for past or in-progress billing periods.
How to request a refund
- Email support@erdone.net from the address on your account.
- Include the date and amount of the charge you’d like refunded. (The receipt email from Lemon Squeezy has both.)
- We’ll confirm within two business days and Lemon Squeezy will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
The 14-day guarantee covers your first paid charge per account. Subsequent renewals are not refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused — for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction, including European Union and United Kingdom consumer-protection laws.
